Job summary

BAUCO Access Panel Solutions Inc. is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily production, safety, quality and continuous improvement. The role involves hands-on leadership on the shop floor, coordinating with Team Leads and employees to meet schedules and drive performance.

You will foster a culture of respect, develop teams, strengthen safety and quality, and play a key role in improving efficiency and standards across the production floor.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading employees in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to manage daily production, staffing, schedules, productivity and quality simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the production schedule and allocate labour and materials.
• Identify bottlenecks and balance workflow using data insights.
• Ensure staffing levels, training plans and safety procedures are in place.
• Lead shop floor Lean and 5S initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Manage quality, root-cause analysis and adherence to standards.
• Foster safety, accountability and teamwork across the production floor.
