Charger Logistics Inc. invites a motivated Shop Administrator to join our maintenance team in Brampton. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while coordinating repairs, inventory, and invoicing to support North America operations.

You will handle calls, review expense reports, manage stockroom records, and ensure accurate shop statuses. A background in automotive knowledge is a plus and strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a coordination role, preferably in the service and repair industry.
• Strong computer skills with Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with stockroom or warehouse practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Automotive/mechanical knowledge will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for both internal and external repairs/services.
• Review expense reports from mechanics for approval.
• Review all open service work orders and ensure costs are accounted for.
• Ensure accurate real-time statuses on all shop work.
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
• Manage inventory for telematics in system and on ground.
• Prepare invoices for customers and process deductions.
• Work on OOS truck and trailer reports and follow up.
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy, damage or discrepancies and report issues to supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Order and track truck/trailer parts inventory.

We are currently looking to add a motivated individual able to work in a fast-paced environment to join our Shop Administrator in maintenance team at our Brampton office.

Job Duties

• Handle and respond to inbound calls for both internal and external repairs/ service.
• Review expense reports from mechanics for approval.
• Review all open service work orders in the system and ensure all the costs have been accounted for.

• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
