Job summary

Westlake Chemical is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Vaughan, Canada to coordinate daily product movements with sales and customers, confirm availability, and generate essential paperwork. The role involves coordinating with the warehouse, pre-calling customers prior to shipment, and handling data entry in JDE and DSIT.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Able to perform basic math operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilograms.
• Experience with order coordination and paperwork is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily movements of product with sales and customers.
• Confirm product availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse for orders with fittings.
• Generate paperwork (Bill of Lading, customs paperwork, pro forma).
• Pre-call customers before shipment.
• Data entry using JDE & DSIT.
• Take care of pick-ups.
• Conduct training of other employees as assigned.
• Participate in monthly and year-end Inventory processes.
