Job summary

Nors Group in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Shipper/Receiver to join our warehouse team. You will coordinate incoming and outgoing parts, ensure timely shipping, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and basic computer skills. Prior shipping/receiving experience helps; forklift operation and a valid driver’s license are assets. We offer a competitive package including full health and dental and RRSP plan.

We are looking for a Shipper/Receiver to join our team in Winnipeg, MB.

Salary Range

• $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

What's the challenge?

As our Shipper/Receiver, you’ll play an integral role in shipping and receiving of parts to customers in a timely and accurate manner. In addition, you coordinate all incoming and outgoing parts orders and transfers. As Shipper/Receiver, you are also responsible for ensuring a clean, organized and safe warehouse.

Experience Required

• Prior experience in a shipping/receiving position is an asset.

• Motivation. You’ll catch on to the jobs and routines quickly and you’ll jump in to safely complete jobs thoroughly, and in a timely manner with minimum supervision. You’ll stay busy all day – and notice how time flies!
• Stamina. This will be a physical job with heavy lifting and carrying, and you may work in hot, cold, wet, dusty or greasy environments. The pace can be fast, the hours can be long during busy cycles and you may also need to work occasional overtime. You will also realize that you need to recharge regularly – we insist that you take your vacation time!
