Responsibilities

• Receive daily parts shipments and transfers; record in system and check against manifest.
• Resolve missing or inaccurate shipments and follow up as needed.
• Route incoming goods to storage and manage bin locations.
• Process returns promptly for goods, cores, and shipping containers.
• Assemble Portable Power Equipment for display purposes.
• Pick and package surplus returns as directed.
• Maintain a safe, organized work environment per company guidelines.

Job description

We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Processor for our Winnipeg West location. This is an entry level position for individuals that 1-2 years of experience. In this role you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing shipments quickly and accurately, you will provide the best possible service to our customers, Parts Sales and Service Technicians.

Key Accountabilities Include

• Receive daily parts shipments and transfers and record in computer system, check parts to manifest and to daily invoices, examine parts for damage/discrepancy
• Follow up and resolve missing/inaccurate shipments
• Route incoming goods to appropriate storage areas and add alternate bin locatons as appropriate
• Manage prompt execution of returns process for goods, cores and shipping containers
• Assemble any Portable Power Equipment for display purposes
• Pick and package surplus returns as directed
• Maintains a safe, organized work environment following the guidlines of workplace safety and Enns Bros.

Required Experience

• 1-2 Years experience working in a busy distribution center, pick/pack/ship depot
• Familiarity with shipping procedures pick to order, package, stage, create shipping documents for courier, mail or transport, load, execute in computer system track shipments.
• Familiarity with receiving procedures: check to BOL, note over/short/damage, receive into system unpack, inspect and put away accurately
• Experienced with computerized inventory systems, inventory management practices and procedures , metrics
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License and clean abstract required
