Job summary

STEP Energy Services is seeking a supply chain team member to handle the shipping/receiving of major components and parts, track spares, and prep orders for field operations across North America.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ERP system use, and safety training such as H2S Alive, TDG, and WHMIS, with a 5/2 rotation and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

  • HSE training: Enform H2S Alive, TDG and WHMIS, forklift, loader, aerial lift and crane-related training as required.
  • Pass fit tests for respirators (half and full masks) and related audio tests.

Responsibilities

  • Physically ship/receive major components and parts orders.
  • Track major component spares, owned and consigned.
  • Paletize and prep orders for spreads.
  • Receive orders in the supply chain system when required.
  • Participate in quarter end inventory counts.

This role follows a 5/2 schedule (Monday-Friday), though the schedule may be subject to change based on organizational needs.

WHAT WE REQUIRE:

Qualifications:

  • Enform H2S Alive, First Aid/CPR, TDG, WHMIS, Forklift operation, loader training, Aerial Lift, Overhead Crane, ½ and full mask fit test, audio logical testing and other training as required by HSE or Human Resource departments
  • Strong ability to organize daily tasks and work within defined timelines to meet operational requirements
  • Organized and efficient with well-developed problem solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office and ERP system experience and asset

Related Experience:

  • 1-2 years in this type of role

Class 5 driver’s license:Clean driver’s abstract is required with no learner conditions.

Physical ability: You will perform hard manual labor. Qualified applicants can multitask with ease and have client service skills that are second to none. They have an extremely high attention to detail and strong organizational skills which are viewed as assets in performing your job responsibilities.
