Lifting Solutions, Edmonton, is hiring a Shipper & Receiver to manage accurate shipping, receiving, and handling of materials, equipment, and products. You will support warehouse operations and collaborate with manufacturing and field teams to ensure inventory integrity.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of shipping/warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Proficiency with ERP systems and safe forklift operation is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is an asset; NAV/ERP familiarity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments with proper documentation.
• Load/unload shipments, inspect materials, verify quantities against orders.
• Prepare products for shipment, including packaging and labeling.
• Organize and track inventory in warehouse/ staging areas.
• Maintain shipping/receiving/inventory records in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and freight carriers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

The Opportunity:As a Shipper & Receiver at Lifting Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and handling of materials, equipment, and products. This role is essential to maintaining efficient warehouse operations, supporting manufacturing and field teams, and ensuring the integrity of inventory processes. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to safety will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to:

• Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and timely delivery.
• Load and unload shipments, inspect materials, and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Prepare products, parts, and equipment for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and scheduling pickups.
• Organize, store, and track inventory in warehouse and staging areas, ensuring proper stock rotation and placement.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and freight carriers to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries.
• Promote and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Experience using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (valid forklift certification is an asset).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems; Microsoft NAV experience is an asset.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to following company safety procedures.
