Job summary

Lifting Solutions in Edmonton, AB is seeking a Class 1 Driver to support deliveries from our manufacturing facility to base locations and well sites across Alberta and Saskatchewan.

You will load, transport, and unload product, maintain logs and mileage records, and collaborate with field teams to ensure safe, courteous service at every stop. A valid Class 1 license, a clean 30-day driver abstract, ability to lift, and the capacity to pass pre‑employment drug tests are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Class 1 driving experience in oilfield or industrial services.
• Valid Class 1 license required.
• Clean 2-year driver’s abstract not older than 30 days.
• Ability to perform lifting/load/unload tasks.
• Pre-employment alcohol and drug test clearance required.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policy and procedures.
• Load and unload product on delivery truck.
• Deliver to base locations and well sites across Alberta and Saskatchewan.
• Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses.
• Maintain a daily delivery schedule.
• Track product inventory and maintain yard.

The Role

In the role of Class 1 Driver, you will be based out of our Edmonton, AB location and play a key role in keeping our operations moving. As the Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently managing product deliveries from our manufacturing facility to our base locations and well sites across Alberta and Saskatchewan. This role requires a safety-focused, self-motivated individual who takes pride in reliable service, accurate record-keeping, and representing Lifting Solutions professionally at every stop.

Duties and Responsibilities:

In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision, and values, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Following all company safety policy and procedures
• Loading and unloading product on delivery truck using mobile equipment
• Delivery of product from our manufacturing facility to base locations and well site locations across Alberta and Saskatchewan, and assisting the field team with offloading
• Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
• Maintaining a daily delivery schedule
• Tracking product inventory and maintaining yard
• Ability to manage own schedule and effectively utilize time
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and reporting any mechanical issues promptly
• Providing courteous, professional service and communication with field personnel and clients at each location

Qualifications and requirements:

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s license is required
• 2+ years of Class 1 driving experience, preferably in the oilfield or industrial services sector
• Clean 2-year Drivers abstract that is no older than 30 days is required
• Previous Oilfield experience considered an asset
• Valid WHMS, H2S, First Aid tickets are considered an asset
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, loading, and unloading product
• Ability to clear a pre-employment alcohol and drug test
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
