Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Toronto seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, helping run the store smoothly and leading the sales team with inspirational, personalized customer service.

You will handle cash reconciliation, participate in opening and closing on a rota basis, and progress toward a rewarding supervisory career. Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and events, is required.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Experience supervising and coaching staff toward sales and service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Perform opening/closing tasks and daily cash reconciliation.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team.
• Assist with rota-based store opening and closing.
