Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies in Toronto is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team of Sales Associates. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage daily operations in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

The ideal candidate has proven supervisory experience, strong retail operations skills including inventory and cash handling, and comfort with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring to achieve targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to lead, coach and develop the team to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Support in-store operations and loss prevention, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reconciliations.
• Deliver inspirational, personalized service to customers and maintain high store standards.
