Job summary

Tim Hortons in Ontario is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences across early and late shifts. You will empower staff, uphold Tim Hortons service standards and support the Restaurant Owner.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of quick service supervisory experience, and strong English and/or French communication. Willingness to work in multiple locations near Azilda is preferred; secondary school completion is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quick service supervisory experience.
• Experience recruiting, training and coaching team members.
• Strong command of English and/or French.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, train and coach staff to Tim Hortons standards.
• Plan and execute strategies to increase sales and manage costs.
• Ensure smooth operation during early and late shifts (6am-3pm / 2pm-11pm).

You have the knowledge, skills and long-term vision to support the Restaurant Owner in running a successful business.

Your high standards for operational excellence allow you to easily plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs. You thrive in the fast-paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day!

Your 1-3 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching team members makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

Must be able to lift 25 lbs

Previous experience in Quick Service

Friendly and outgoing

Have own Transportation

Must be able to work 6am-3pm / 2pm-11pm

Good command of English and/or French

Living/willing to live close to the location

Tim Hortons experience preferred

Completion of secondary school at minimum
