Goodwill Industries Ontario Great Lakes is seeking a Community Store Shift Supervisor to assist the Store Manager and Coach the team in a fast-paced donated goods retail environment. You will lead on the floor, handle donations flow, schedule staff, and ensure world-class customer service.

The Community Store Shift Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the Donated Goods retail store. The Shift Supervisor takes an “on the floor” approach to management, working alongside hourly team members to lead, coach and support the team while contributing to the processing of donations. Shift Supervisors must be prepared and capable of handling a variety of situations that may arise; when the Manager or Assistant Manager is not present, the Shift Supervisor is considered the acting Manager.
