Job summary

Subway - 296-0 is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations. You will focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, and inventory control while supervising staff and ensuring smooth shift execution.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to cascade training, and a flexible schedule including day/evening/weekend shifts. This is a Full Time/Part Time role depending on location and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
