Job summary

KFC Canada, a Yum! Brands subsidiary, seeks a Restaurant Supervisor in Bay Roberts, NL. You will supervise and coordinate staff who prepare and portion food, train on duties and safety, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires a secondary school certificate or equivalent experience, 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, and offers permanent employment with 35 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a fast food or restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in duties and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
• Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
