Job summary

KFC Canada (Yum! Brands Subsidiary) in West River, NS, seeks a Restaurant Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced outlet.

You will supervise 5–10 staff, train on duties, sanitation and safety, and help ensure quality food and service. Responsibilities include estimating ingredients, maintaining stock records, addressing customer concerns, establishing work schedules, and supporting newcomers and youth with on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent work experience.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related role.
