Job summary

The Fair O`Blair is seeking a Shift Manager to support the pub manager and oversee operations during shifts. You will lead, motivate and organise the team, interact with customers and manage front of house and kitchen tasks to uphold standards.

With a 40-hour week, the role includes ensuring compliance, maintaining cleanliness and service quality, and pursuing future pub management opportunities within J D Wetherspoon.
