Job summary

Metro Pubs in Canada is seeking a proactive Team Leader to ensure shifts run smoothly, uphold high standards, and keep customers happy. You will lead by example, deputise for management, and coordinate a busy team to deliver exceptional service in a welcoming pub environment.

You’ll drive safe, legal, and clean operations, while fostering a positive team culture and excellent customer experiences across our venues.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…
