Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in Vancouver is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts and to lead the team in delivering the Starbucks Experience with legendary customer service and quality beverages.

You will mentor partners, organize opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness, follow cash handling and safety procedures, and contribute to a positive, high-volume store environment that reflects our guiding principles.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach team members.
• Familiarity with cash handling and store safety procedures.
