Job summary

Jollibee Calgary Cross Iron Mills is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving business goals through strong operations support. You will drive shift sales, oversee FSC and product quality programs, manage crew performance, and ensure cost-control measures are applied effectively.

The role requires at least 6 months of supervisory experience in quick-service, a ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification, and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience as a Team/Crew Leader/Trainer in quick-service, food service or retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant shift to achieve sales targets and high service standards.
• Supervise opening/closing, floor control, and crew schedule to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety programs; implement cost controls and inventory checks.
• Address customer feedback and complaints to maintain top-tier service.
