Job summary

The Burger’s Priest in Calgary is hiring a BP Supervisor at our 4600 130th Ave Se location. You will lead the team to deliver ABSOLUTE service in a casual, employee-friendly culture that rejects strict uniforms.

You will open and close the restaurant, reconcile cash, place orders, and manage inventory while addressing guest concerns to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. A minimum of 1 year team leadership experience and Food Handler Certification (or willingness) are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to certify.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach the team to provide ABSOLUTE service.
• Set clear expectations and follow up with the team regularly.
• Take direction from Senior Management.
• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder).
• Reconcile cash deposits.
• Place orders and perform inventory counts.
• Address customer concerns to ensure guest satisfaction.
