Job summary

Triple O’s is hiring a Supervisor/Team Leader in Mission, BC to support the Management Team and lead daily shifts hands-on with the crew. You will deliver guest service, train new team members, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards while opening or closing the restaurant as needed.

The role requires two years of supervisory experience, a passion for service, strong communication, and the ability to work independently, with open availability and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Passion for service and commitment to quality.
• Conceptual understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements.
• Thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements.
• Experience with training and developing a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Open availability required; own car/transportation often necessary.
