• Assist store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Deploy partners and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable store environment.
• Provide legendary customer service with prompt service and high quality beverages and products.
• Model and act in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
• Lead opening and closing duties for the shift.
• Ensure cash handling and safety procedures are followed.
• Coach and develop the shift team to improve performance.
