As a shift supervisor, you will model Starbucks guiding principles, provide coaching, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced retail environment where baristas deliver legendary service to every customer.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a retail or restaurant environment.
• Ability to direct the work of others and lead a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with retail operations and safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Assist the store manager with store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Lead the shift team and delegate tasks to ensure efficient service.
• Deliver the Starbucks Experience with legendary customer service and quality products.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment during your shift.
• Follow cash handling, safety policies and inventory procedures.
