Insomnia Cookies Kingston, Ontario is seeking a Shift Leader to manage bakery operations during peak hours and lead the Cookie Crew to deliver warm, delicious cookies with exceptional guest service.

The role requires 1+ year in a customer-focused environment, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexible part-time schedules and on-site work at our flagship store are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer-focused role.
• Point of Sale (POS) systems experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to lead by example and train others.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during shift and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations and coaching staff.
• Prioritize tasks for baking, cashiering, and cleaning.
• Lead the Cookie Crew and ensure food safety and speed of service.
• Handle cash management and deposits.
