Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer service focused role preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Great communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders according to procedure.
• Help customers understand menu items and repeat orders for accuracy.
• Provide a warm, in-person and phone experience.
• Bake cookies to perfection and prepare ice cream toppings.
• Package and deliver orders quickly and accurately.
• Handle cash payments with accuracy and manage POS transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, sanitized, and well stocked.
