Mark's is seeking a PT Shift Leader to create great customer experiences and lead the store when needed. You will engage with customers, guide the team, and model leadership in day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in retail and demonstrated mentoring abilities, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. This on-location role offers competitive pay and benefits, along with opportunities for growth and product discounts.

Job Description

As a PT Shift Leader at Mark's, you will create great experiences by engaging with customers to ensure they find what they are looking for quickly and easily. You will also draw on your previous retail or leadership skills to be a role model to the team as well as lead the store when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Our typical hiring range is between $19.25 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
