Mark’s is seeking a Part-time Shift Leader to deliver outstanding customer service and guide the team to help shoppers find what they need quickly. You will model leadership and step in to lead the store when management is unavailable.

In this role you’ll mentor teammates, coach performance, and drive daily store operations, including opening, closing and ensuring cleanliness, inventory and pricing accuracy across the floor.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ months of retail experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience acting as a mentor or coach.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Job Description

As a PT Shift Leader at Mark’s, you will create great experiences by engaging with customers to ensure they find what they are looking for quickly and easily.You will also draw on your previous retail or leadership skills to be a role model to the team as well as lead the store when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences to support your team achieve performance targets.
• Provide mentorship, coaching and feedback to the team.
• Manage the operations of the store in the absence of management including key holding tasks, opening, closing responsibilities, etc.
• Ensure store upkeep and cleanliness, including restocking, seasonal changeover, inventory, pricing and signing are accounted for through staff supervision.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• 6+ months of retail experience
• Minimum 6 months experience acting as a mentor or coach
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Our typical hiring range is between $18.85 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
