Mark’s is seeking a Part-Time Shift Leader to engage customers and help them find what they need quickly, while serving as a role model for the team. You will also step in to lead the store when management is away.

Leverage your retail and leadership experience to mentor staff, maintain store standards, and support performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 6+ months of retail experience
• Minimum 6 months experience acting as a mentor or coach
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description

As a PT Shift Leader at Mark’s, you will create great experiences by engaging with customers to ensure they find what they are looking for quickly and easily. You will also draw on your previous retail or leadership skills to be a role model to the team as well as lead the store when needed.

Our typical hiring range is between $18.95 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
