Job summary

Mark’s is seeking a PT Shift Leader to create great customer experiences, guiding the team and stepping in for management when needed. You will mentor staff, drive store performance, and ensure smooth operations and upkeep across shifts.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail experience.

Job Description

Our typical hiring range is between $16.70 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
