Job summary

Mark's is seeking a PT Shift Leader to guide daily store operations and mentor the team. You'll engage customers to help them find what they need quickly and model strong service standards.

In this on-site role in Ontario, you will handle opening/closing tasks, supervise staff in the absence of management, and ensure store upkeep, pricing, and signing. The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience acting as a mentor or coach.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

Our typical hiring range is between $18.95 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
