Job summary

Five Guys in Halifax is looking for team members to help run a fast-paced restaurant shift. You will help assemble a passionate team, train new hires, and ensure a memorable guest experience through consistent food quality, service, and atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in kitchen and service operations during your shift to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support development and engagement of team members through training and performance feedback.

• Assist with inventory control, cost awareness, and adherence to schedules.
