Responsibilities

• Ensure cash handling standards and timely bank deposits.
• Provide customer-focused service and resolve queries and complaints.
• Open/close procedures; carry keys and alarm codes.
• Train, develop, and coach team members; ensure accountability.
• Ensure policy compliance across operations, HR, loss prevention, and safety.
• Manage teams of up to 4 people; delegate tasks and breaks.
• Handle shipments, merchandising, and cashier duties."
• Act as Store Manager on shift when needed.
• Oversee store cleanliness and maintenance; promote store promotions.
• Respond to store emails and complete tasks; maintain professional correspondence.
