Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a energetic Sheet Metal Supervisor to oversee sheet metal work for HVAC installations. You will handle layout, fabrication, inventory control, and coordinate materials to field crews while maintaining an organized workspace.

The role requires a sheet metal ticket (3rd/4th year journeyman) and 2+ years of HVAC layout/fabrication experience, with a focus on safety, reliability and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• HVAC layout/fabrication experience in a shop environment is required.
• Ability to size duct jobs and manage inventory effectively.
• Clear Criminal Record and valid driver license with clean record.
• Must be physically able to perform bending, lifting and climbing.
• Strong interpersonal, customer relations, and time-management skills.
• Proficient computer literacy with administrative/accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Layout and fabrication of sheet metal fitting for field installations.
• Inventory control and maintaining organized office/warehouse.
• Transport materials to field crews and restock sheets.
• Fill out restocking sheets and perform inventory counts.

RIght Time requires energetic, motivated and career‑minded Sheet Metal Supervisor to be responsible for performing sheet metal work for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems and equipment installations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Layout and fabrication of sheet metal fitting required for field installations
• Inventory control
• Keep office and warehouse organized and clean
• Run materials to field crews
• Fill out restocking sheets
• Put away orders
• Perform inventory Counts

Education/Experience/Skills

• Sheet metal Ticket - 3rd or 4th year journeyman
• 2 years HVAC layout/fabrication experience (within a shop environment)
• Ability to size duct jobs
• Inventory control experience
• Clear Criminal Record
• Valid drivers license, with clean driving record
• Able to perform physical work (bending, lifting, carrying, climbing ladders/stairs, loading/unloading) parts up to 50 pounds in weight.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Strong computer literacy, with previous administrative and accounting experience
• Proven ability to effectively manage time and organize and complete tasks.
