Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an energetic Install Helper to perform onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes. You will support installation, maintenance and commissioning of HVAC elements per manufacturer and safety standards.

Candidates should have 1 year HVAC installation experience, a post-secondary HVAC diploma, a G3 or G2 Gas Fitter license, and relevant safety certifications (ODP, Fall Arrest).

Qualifications

• 1 year of HVAC installation experience in residential settings.
• Post-secondary diploma in HVAC required.
• G3 or G2 Gas Fitter license is required.
• ODP and Fall Arrest/Working from Heights are assets.
• Criminal background clear.
• Valid Class G driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes.
• Assist with maintenance, commissioning and ensuring HVAC elements meet manufacturer and safety standards.
• Work efficiently in a team to deliver excellent customer service.

What we are looking for:

We require energetic, motivated and career-minded Install Helper to be responsible for performing onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes.

• 1 year of recent HVAC Installation experience, with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers and water heaters, including tankless heaters; ( asset)
• Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma in HVAC;
• A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter's License;
• Other certifications such as ODP and Fall Arrest/Working from Heights are an asset;
• Clear Criminal Record
• A valid class "G" Class Driver's License with a clean record;
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder;
• An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude to work hard and learn;
• The ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of HVAC elements as per manufacturer and TSSA Standards.
