Job summary

Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an energetic Install Helper to perform onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes. The role involves assisting with installation, maintenance, and commissioning of HVAC systems, while adhering to manufacturer specifications and TSSA standards.

The ideal candidate has HVAC installation experience, a post-secondary HVAC diploma, and relevant licenses/certifications, plus a clean criminal record and a valid G driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of HVAC installation exposure to furnaces, central and ductless ACs, gas boilers and water heaters; post-secondary HVAC diploma required.
• Clear Criminal Record.
• Valid G class Driver's License with clean record.

What we are looking for:

We require energetic, motivated and career-minded Install Helper to be responsible for performing onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes.

• 1 year of recent HVAC Installation experience, with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers and water heaters, including tankless heaters; ( asset)
• Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma in HVAC;
• A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter's License;
• Other certifications such as ODP and Fall Arrest/Working from Heights are an asset;
• Clear Criminal Record
• A valid class "G" Class Driver's License with a clean record;
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder;
• An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude to work hard and learn;
• The ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of HVAC elements as per manufacturer and TSSA Standards.
