Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking a results-driven Analyst to support the administration and evolution of its share ownership programs in Montreal, QC. The role focuses on data analysis, validation, and process improvement within the Total Rewards team.

The successful candidate will manage the share ownership platform, maintain documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders across Canada. A 3–5 year background in analytics and strong Excel/365 skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in an analytical or operational role.
Experience analyzing, validating, and reconciling data from multiple sources.
Experience in compensation, human resources, finance, payroll, or share ownership administration is an asset.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
Bilingualism (French and English) required, as the role involves collaboration across Canada.

Responsibilities

Share Ownership Program Administration: Manage and maintain the share ownership platform and support annual program cycle.
Data Analysis and Validation: Ensure data accuracy and perform controls and reports.
Processes and Systems: Improve processes, test new systems, and support automation.
Documentation and Communications: Maintain materials and prepare presentations and communications.
Team Support: Assist Total Rewards team on projects and priorities.
