Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Canada) Ltd. is looking for a Services & Solutions Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to drive business growth, create innovative solutions, and make a real impact with both new and existing clients.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Solutions & Services Sales: Collaborate with Branch Sales Managers, BSC Team Leads, and Solution Architects to promote our solutions and professional services.
  • Pre‑Sales Expertise: Conduct technical discovery, analyze business processes, and develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Account Collaboration: Participate in account review sessions, contribute to engagement letters, site surveys, scopes of work (SOWs), and integration projects.
  • Implementation Support: Advise the Implementation Team on resource planning to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up‑to‑date on KMBS products, services, and solutions, maintaining certifications and technical knowledge.
  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals within your assigned territory, while actively managing opportunities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
  • 4‑year university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2‑4 years of relevant solutions sales or sales support experience.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Energetic and confident professional, comfortable prospecting independently or within a team.
  • Strong multitasking, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales quotas.
