Fxinnovation in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a remote ServiceNow System Administrator to support Canada-wide platform operations with 24/7 coverage. You will administer incidents, provide functional and technical support, and implement improvements from user stories with cross-functional teams.

You will own incidents with SLA adherence, analyze and troubleshoot issues, deploy changes, and ensure compliant change requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ServiceNow administration experience.
• Experience with CMDB, ACLs, UI Policies, and Business Rules.
• JavaScript development skills (server-side).
