YOUR TEAM

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your day-to-day will include:

• Participating in grooming sessions to clarify client requirements

You must be comfortable in environments that are not always well-defined and be able to adapt to rapidly changing contexts.

EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The following experiences will help you succeed in this role. However, if you meet only some criteria- especially in ServiceNow implementation, we'd still love to consider your application. We prioritize potential above all.

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including 3+ years with ServiceNow implementation projects
• Experience with JavaScript, Angular, SOAP/REST, XML/HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and Agile/Scrum practices
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken French

Assets

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, MC)
• ITIL certification
• Experience with Angular JS, Bootstrap, CSS
• Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL practices
