Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Technical Consultant (ServiceNow) to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions for clients across Canada. You will collaborate with solution architects, project teams, and business stakeholders to drive outcomes and share technical leadership with junior consultants.

You will lead workshops, define architectures for scalability, and advise on leveraging ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or technology services.
• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
• ServiceNow certifications aligned with supported workflow or platform specialization.
• Experience leading technical discussions, workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions aligned with objectives and best practices.
• Define technical architectures for long-term scalability and maintainability.
• Lead customer workshops to assess current-state processes and design future-state solutions.
• Advise on leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior consultants, and resolve complex issues.
• Create technical documentation, requirements workbooks, and solution artifacts.
• Support testing activities and adoption strategies for maximizing value.
• Stay current on ServiceNow certifications and platform innovations.
