Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a Solution Architect for ServiceNow to own end-to-end architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and SecOps. You will lead governance, data models, integrations and platform roadmap to satisfy customer objectives.

The role requires expert-level ServiceNow knowledge, strong communication with stakeholders, and delivery leadership across teams and vendors. On-site in Vancouver, Canada with enterprise-scale responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years IT experience with expert-level ServiceNow architecture.
• Ability to define architecture, governance, integration strategy, data model and platform roadmap.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB and SecOps modules.

Responsibilities

• Own ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps.
• Define governance, upgraders, and integration patterns for the platform.
• Lead design for ITSM processes: incident, problem, change, request, knowledge, SLA.
• Lead ITOM: Discovery, Service Mapping, event integrations and CMDB maintenance.
• Define CMDB governance, CI classes, relationships, and data quality controls.
• Provide SecOps guidance for incident response, vulnerability workflows and remediation.
• Design integrations with enterprise apps via REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub.
• Guide developers on configuration, scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, ATF and releases.
