This is a remote position to work in PST hours.
Responsibilities :
- Implement ServiceNow platform and cross-platform integration solutions based on ServiceNow best practices while maintaining out-of-the-box (OOTB) upgradeability.
- Partner cross-functionally with other business application owners to ensure smooth and well-connected business automation and data management processes.
- Serve as a lead subject matter expert and champion in driving industry best practices for the evolution of the company’s ServiceNow instance and integrated tools.
- Provide input into the IT Roadmap, including ServiceNow rollout, implementation of new modules, and major upgrades.
- Lead discussions and investigations regarding new ServiceNow features and functionality, contribute to recommendations for process improvements, and keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
- Lead ServiceNow platform upgrade, clone, and maintenance processes.
- Design and implement enterprise IT projects in ServiceNow.
Duties include :
- Gather requirements from business users.
- Work with technical leads to transform and develop ServiceNow solutions.
- Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT.
- Manage change processes for all new changes on the platform.
- Define and document user interfaces, support systems, and data requirements.
- Develop functional and system design specifications.
Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience developing ServiceNow applications as a Technical Solutions Architect with strong hands-on coding skills.
- Familiar with newer ServiceNow features including App Engine Studio, Git, App Engine Management Center, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
- Strong technical breadth and depth in ServiceNow modules such as Employee Center, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, and Now Mobile.
- Expertise in building custom spokes, data streams, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Policies, etc.
- Experience in Service Portal and API development, including REST & MID Server integrations.
- Ability to re-engineer existing processes and build appropriate ServiceNow workflows.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field or extensive experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
