Job summary

A consulting company in Canada seeks a Hardware Asset Management Consultant for a 6-month contract. You will lead the installation and optimization of ServiceNow HAM Pro, analyze impacts on processes, and streamline workflows. The ideal candidate has proven experience in HAM Pro implementations, strong analytical and process design skills, and a relevant degree. Familiarity with tools like SCCM, Intune, and industry regulations is preferred. This position requires being onsite in Toronto for 2 days a week.

Qualifications

• Led business implementation of ServiceNow HAM Pro in enterprise environments.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of a full HAM Pro implementation.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow HAM Pro tables and data model.

Responsibilities

• Analyze impacts of HAM Pro plug-in on other ServiceNow modules.
• Understand and streamline existing processes and workflows.
• Design new processes leveraging features in HAM Pro.
• Build dashboards and reports in ServiceNow.
