Job summary

Bell is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Integrator to design, develop, and integrate ServiceNow solutions as part of its strategic digital transformation. You will work with architects, analysts, delivery teams, and partners to implement Now Assist capabilities, AI-powered automation, and ITOM enhancements while upholding governance and security standards.

You will collaborate across environments to deliver robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions, perform testing, and produce documentation.

Qualifications

• 3 years+ of experience developing or implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration, including JavaScript and key platform development tools.
• Knowledge of Now Assist, ServiceNow AI capabilities, and/or ITOM is considered a strong asset.
• Experience designing and developing integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, including REST/SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), preferably within an Agile environment.
• Ability to analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices for development, configuration, integration, and platform governance.
• Ability to perform technical testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to resolve complex issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a structured approach to technical challenges.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform in accordance with business requirements and enterprise technology standards.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and internal or external systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
• Participate in the implementation and evolution of artificial intelligence capabilities, including Now Assist features and other AI-powered automation solutions.
• Contribute to the implementation, optimization, and support of ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and AIOps.
• Perform technical analysis of requirements and recommend solutions that address both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure the quality, performance, security, and maintainability of solutions developed on the platform.
• Perform unit testing, support integration testing, and participate in resolving complex incidents and problems.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and delivery teams to define technical approaches and implementation plans.
• Participate in deployment, release management, and solution promotion activities across environments.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices for development, integration, and platform governance.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.
• Support the continuous improvement of the platform by identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and process modernization.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to team members as required.
