Job summary

Brainhunter Systems Ltd. is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and implement enhancements across ServiceNow modules. You will work with architects, developers, analysts, QA, and operations to troubleshoot and optimize solutions.

The role requires extensive experience with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and integrations using REST/SOAP, LDAP, and data import sets. This hybrid position is based in Toronto, London, and Winnipeg, with a 12-month end date window from start.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as ServiceNow administrator.
• 5+ years as ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services integration.
• Upgrade experience and ATF usage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement enhancements within ServiceNow by adhering to best practices.
• Configure integrations via REST, SOAP, LDAP, and import sets.
• Collaborate with IT and business groups to ensure deployed solutions meet criteria.
• Develop clear technical/process documentation.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and conduct lessons learned sessions.
