Job summary
Canadian Tire Financial Services is seeking a Sr. ITSM Service Integration Specialist to lead governance and data integrity of the enterprise Service Portfolio.
You will drive design per CSDM v5 and collaborate with service owners and operations to ensure accurate configuration data and trusted relationships. In this role you will guide design, lifecycle management, and automation opportunities across ITSM, IT Asset management, and related governance functions, enabling strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT service portfolio management or CMDB-related roles.
- ITIL Foundation certification; Service Design experience considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of CSDM (v5) and CMDB best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping) is preferred.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and governance of Service Portfolios per CSDM v5.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Define and improve service management policies and control frameworks.
- Lead data certification, audits, and compliance activities related to services data.
- Oversee service portfolio lifecycle from inception to retirement.
- Engage stakeholders to evolve services supporting ITSM, Cyber Security, GRC, and Tech Resiliency.
