Job summary

Alamo Turbocharger Services Inc. in Rocky View County, AB, seeks an energetic Service Writer / Customer Service Representative to join the inside sales team full-time. The role blends customer service with sales responsibilities and offers extensive training.

You will manage day-to-day customer interactions, scheduling, invoicing and payments, and collaborate with Shop Managers to set daily job priorities. Occasional overtime and after-hours on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• Able to interact with customers in a professional, enthusiastic manner
• Able to accomplish goals with minimal direct supervision
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Critical and creative thinking skills for solving problems
• Intermediate or higher level computer skills, including familiarity with Word and Excel
• Willingness to learn new software
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day customer service and sales, including telephone and walk-in clients
• Scheduling, setting up, tracking and completion of customer jobs, invoicing and payment processing
• Work closely with Shop Managers to set job priorities on a daily basis
• Active participation in our Sales and Marketing Program
• On-call work on a rotating schedule for after-hours emergencies
