Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies, Audi Queensway, Ontario, is seeking a service desk attendant to greet customers and help keep the service drive-thru flowing smoothly. You will also maintain a clean customer lounge and direct vehicles to the appropriate service staff.

In this entry-level role, you will bag and tag vehicles and support a team-focused, customer-first environment with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Ontario driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
• Able to drive and operate standard transmission vehicles, trucks and vans.
• Able to work in a team environment to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet all inbound Service customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain Service drive-thru to ensure vehicles flow smoothly.
• Maintain customer lounge in a professional and clean fashion.
• Maintain incoming parking spots and park customer inbound vehicle in designated areas.
• Direct customers to Service Advisors.
• Bag and Tag vehicles.
