Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is hiring a Service Lot Attendant for Volvo Cars Richmond. This role ensures vehicles on the lot are clean, organized, and customer-ready, supporting the Service Department to prepare vehicles for delivery and maintain a pristine dealership environment.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, safe operation of equipment, and teamwork to uphold a superior customer experience. Valid BC driver’s license and ability to obtain an ICBC abstract may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid British Columbia Driver’s License.
• Current ICBC driver’s abstract may be requested.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team.
• Ability to operate assigned equipment and vehicles safely.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-control standards.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for customer delivery or dealership display.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation to support an exceptional customer experience.
• Start vehicles regularly, check for dead batteries, and recharge batteries as needed.
• Keep the vehicle inventory lot organized in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service area by removing trash and debris.
• Ensure the delivery area is clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
• Organize and store all supplies at the end of each shift.
• During winter months, clear snow and ice from doorways, vehicles, and lot areas and ensure walkways remain safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Overview

The Service Lot Attendant at Volvo Cars Richmond plays a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of dealership vehicles and lot areas.

This position supports the Service Department by preparing vehicles for delivery, assisting with vehicle movement, and ensuring the dealership grounds remain clean, safe, and customer‑ready.

The expected pay for this position is $21.95 per hour.
