Base pay range

CA$50,000.00/yr - CA$75,000.00/yr

About the Role

As a Service Technician, you’ll play a vital role in bringing their projects to life. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, skilled labour across a range of construction tasks, ensuring their reputation for excellence is upheld. This is an opportunity to work on custom projects where no two days are the same, and your expertise makes a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Prepare tools, materials, and plans to ensure every workday runs seamlessly.
  • Execute skilled labour tasks such as framing, taping, plastering, trimming, painting, flooring, and mechanical work.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites in compliance with Ontario Health & Safety (H&S) standards.
  • Communicate daily with your supervisor to provide updates and address project needs.
  • Uphold the company’s high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain inventory of tools and materials.
  • Assist with emergency response needs via phone or email.
  • Provide recommendations to improve processes and enhance the company’s position as an industry leader.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven expertise in construction with advanced knowledge of skilled labour techniques.
  • Familiarity with construction project scheduling and cost management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
